The salesperson, Nayhem, gave me the best experience I have had purchasing a vehicle. He was patient, knowledgeable, kind and professional to list a few of his traits. His personality never changed. I have always wanted a bow on my car when I purchased it. He had the biggest red bow on my vehicle when I arrived to pick. Amazing experience! AJ took care of us from the start, he was very kind, knowledgeable and easy going. He was trying to help in every step of the process. Justin was great with communication over the phone and over the proper documentation when we arrived there. Buying car is usually stressful process but this felt like a breeze. Recently got my Benz GLE-350 from Mercedes-Benz of Morristown. Unlike other car dealers, this was Great experience. Sales person was so helpful in answering all our questions without showing any sign of frustration and very knowledgeable. I got the car and three months, pick-up experience was awesome. I was in & out from shop within 2-hrs after all paper works.

The experience was really great. Bonnie was an excellent salesperson and her help was greatly appreciated in facilitating the purchase or my husband's new vehicle. This dealership has a good service department, always courteous and will make sure all service and repair needs are performed properly, or they will make it right. My service advisor, Alex Marshall, is excellent. Extremely knowledgeable about Mercedes vehicles and service/repair requirements.
